Listen up Hunt County residents! On October 22nd 2022 the Bikers Against Addiction will be coming through Greenville Texas to Quinlan and then on to West Tawakoni.
Bikers Against Addiction is very EXCITED to be visiting Hunt County and would appreciate any donations. The Bikers are helping out Hunt County Children, Children’s Advocacy, Nexus Recovery Center Kids and Teen Recovery.
Please provide one (or more) of the following items in new condition:
- Bicycles
- Tricycles
- Baby Push Toys
- Scooters
- Skateboards
The goal and purpose of this event is to collect bicycles and tricycles for children of addiction for Christmas. The Bikers Against Addiction are asking all neighbors and businesses on the path listed below to be outside by the streets in Greenville between 12:30p to 1p. They will be through Quinlan at 12:50p to 1:30p.
Vans will be following the group picking up your donations. This is a rain or shine event!
If you wish, call ahead of time and let them know you will be outside with your donations. You can reach the Bikers at 214-780-7659. You can obtain their 501c3 # by calling the number provided above.
The Bikers path:
The 12:30p to 1p Greenville path is starting at Johnson St Smokehouse BBQ, Stonewall to the left, then right on Joe Ramsey and making left on 34 toward Quinlan.
The 12:50p to 1:30p Quinlan path is turning right off of 34 onto E. First St continuing to W. First St, left on N Epperson St. Then left on Main St towards Dairy Queen. Right on 34 and then left on Quinlan Parkway. They will continue to West Tawakoni.
